All new clients begin with a 45‑minute private consultation and try‑on session. Fee: $45 (applied toward your purchase or service within 14 days).
A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your stylist and fitting room are reserved just for you.
Up to 10 minutes late: appointment continues as time allows
10–15 minutes late: $15 late fee
15+ minutes late: appointment may need to be rescheduled and deposit forfeited
Please provide 48 hours’ notice to reschedule once without losing your deposit. Late cancellations, same‑day cancellations, and no‑shows forfeit the deposit.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay. All sales and services are final.
Clients are welcome to bring one supportive guest to assist in the consultation or try‑on process. We aim to create a calm, comforting environment for everyone.
